A one-day seminar providing didactic and expanded hands-on instruction for technologists and operators performing bone densitometry procedures. Course topics will include a positioning case review, understanding your reimbursement potential and factors affecting a good DXA scan. Hands-on sessions will include in-depth image analysis of the spine, hip and forearm cases for comparison, rate of change and challenging anatomy utilizing Discovery workstations.

Technologists and operators who utilize the Hologic manufactured bone densitometry systems.

Each faculty member brings their dedication and passion to educating bone densitometry operators. Their extensive knowledge offers each participant an opportunity to improve their understanding of the why and how of bone health assessment, its future and current applications.

Registration and breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Course starts at 8:00 a.m. and adjourns at 5:30 p.m.
